We are pleased to redisclose the final Environmental and Social Framework (ESF) instruments for the Lao PDR: Improving Frontline Workers’ Performance in Education and Health Project (P507442). These include the Environmental and Social Commitment Plan (ESCP), Rapid Strategic Environmental and Social Assessment (R-SESA), Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP), and Electronic Waste Management Plan (EWP),Environmental and Social Code of Practice (ESCOP) available in both English and Lao. The updates reflect feedback received during the stakeholder consultation held on March 31, 2025, at the World Bank office and are being disclosed as part of the project appraisal process.
